8. After Sale Service
(1) We offer free after sale maintenance services for one year.
(2) Our company provides long term spare parts supply and maintenance services for clients. However, after the warranty period, we have to charge certain fees from clients. The fees travel expense required for maintenance service accordingly, working-hour salary and the price of the replaced equipment parts (according to ex-factory price).
(3) We will send technicians to conduct certain maintenance work and solve some problems within the warranty period twice a year for free.
We promise to make quick responses within two hours after clients faulted calls and will send technicians to the designated site within 24 hours (within the province) or 72 hours (outside the province). 
9. Optional Service
Our electrical machines, like wire drawing machines and annealing machines, etc. can be customized according to clients’ requirement. After delivery, our company is in charge of free field debugging and training clients.
