Intermediate Annealing Machine

Description
Intermediate annealing machine is sort of continuous annealing machinery. It is used to anneal copper wires from Ø 1.8 mm to Ø 0.4 mm. This machine adopts DC triple annealing type. This continuous annealing machinery can improve or eliminate various flaws and residual stress generated during the process of casting, forging, rolling and welding. Besides, this intermediate annealing machine can keep work pieces from deformation and craze. Work pieces are softened so as to cut and process the materials. The grain is refined so as to improve the mechanical property of work pieces. 
Metals are heated to certain temperature for enough time, and then cooled at proper speed. The purpose we use this intermediate annealing machine is to soften materials or work pieces which have been cast, forged and rolled, welded or cut. After this softening process, the ductility and tenacity of the materials or metals can be greatly improved.
